Terms of service.
Effective November 1, 2026
The deal between you and Pop Joker LLC (“Daily Dally”, “we”) when you use dailydally.app or the Daily Dally app. Short, because the product is simple.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any kid you add. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is on you. Give us accurate information about your kids: their grade and birthday decide what lands on the page.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab in the app. We can close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the conduct is serious enough that notice isn’t sensible.
The service
Daily Dally makes a printable worksheet for each of your kids every morning, from a mix of activities you choose or let us balance. Activities are assembled by software, and many of them are written by an AI model from material we’ve reviewed. We check what we can, but a joke can land flat and a word problem can be odd. If a page isn’t right, don’t print it: tell us, and adjust the mix for tomorrow.
Daily Dally is a daily practice page, not a curriculum, a tutor, or an assessment. The answer-checking feature is there to steer the next sheet, not to grade your child. Nothing here is medical, psychological, or educational advice.
We’ll keep the sheets coming as reliably as we can, and we’ll tell you when something breaks. We may change, add or retire activities and features, and we may shut the service down with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
Price and billing
Your first kid is free. Each additional active kid is $10 a month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, until you remove the kid or cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include no tax; if tax applies where you live, Stripe adds it.
Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; you keep what you’ve paid for until the end of the billing period, and we don’t refund partial months. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you, and the sheets keep coming in the meantime; if the subscription ends up cancelled for non-payment, your additional kids pause until billing is sorted out (your first kid is never affected). If we change a price, we’ll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
From time to time we run promotions (such as a launch period where every kid is free). A promotion lasts as long as the pricing page says it does, and the regular price applies afterward.
What you can do with the sheets
Print them, as many times as you like, for your own kids and household. Don’t resell the sheets, republish them, or bundle them into a product of your own. The designs, activities, software and the Daily Dally name are ours; what your kid writes on the page is theirs.
Pally
Pally lets two families you both approve exchange notes and puzzles on their kids’ sheets. Connect only with families you actually know. Whatever a kid sends shows up on another kid’s printed page, so you’re responsible for what your kid writes. We can remove content and end a connection that’s unkind, unsafe or off-topic, and either parent can end one at any time.
Don’t
- Use Daily Dally for anyone who isn’t your own kid.
- Try to get at other families’ data, probe or overload our systems, or scrape the site or app.
- Use the scan feature on anything other than a Daily Dally sheet your kid finished.
- Pretend to be someone else, including another parent.
Privacy
Our privacy policyexplains what we collect and why, and it’s part of these terms.
The legal part
Daily Dally is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost data, or lost time. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some states don’t allow these limits, so some of this may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Jackson County, Missouri, unless small-claims court is available to you. If a part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Daily Dally.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Keeping your account open after that means you accept the new terms.
